Times are in business days (not Saturday, Sunday or holidays) and are guidelines. The time of day you order, the quantity and busy seasons can change them.

Shipping is added at checkout by UPS Ground or a similar service. There is no free shipping, but local pickup at our Garner store is always free.

Customers with a charge account can ask to have shipping billed to their account. Once an order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
At NC Tri-Color Imaging, we are committed to quality that meets or exceeds your expectations. If something we made is faulty, please let us know and we'll work with you to put it right.
A defect is a technical problem we could have avoided with the technology available. It does not include matters of personal taste, or color differences between your original file and the print. Call us at (919) 833-9331 for help.
Refunds for online card purchases go back to the card used. They are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item and can take 24–48 hours to show on your statement.
